Closing Costs – we pay ALL the costs of closing. Home seller normally pays these costs (3-4%) $3,000-4,000 per $100,000; however, you will not have to pay these fees. Our NET offer includes paying for all the costs.
Realtor Fees – our offer to purchase your home doesn’t include agents. Therefore, you do NOT have to worry about real estate agent fees.
Repairs – We buy AS-IS. You do NOT fix anything… and we close within 7-9 days.
Traditional real estate agent transaction methods call for INSPECTIONS on behalf of the buyer and lender. Its the Inspector’s job to find EVERYTHING WRONG with your house… Code Violations, Electrical, Radon, Safety, Structural, and so on. Then you have to fix it… 30-60 more days… plus 2-3 more months of house payments. Costs: Inspector $2,000-3,000, paint (outside/inside), carpet, yard, fill in the stuff you know to be wrong, plus, 2-3 more mortgage payments… costs add up really fast.
