Step 1: Call or Submit your Property online.
Step 2: We’ll schedule a convenient time to meet and walk through the property with you.
Step 3: Depending upon your needs; we can make up to 3 various Offers. You can Accept one or reject all 3. If you Accept, we’ll complete some paperwork for closing.
Step 4: On the Date of Your Choice; we will close and payout according to the offer you have chosen.
You Accept or Reject 3 Fair Offers to purchase your house, as-is, with no pressure or obligation from GRGP.
