Go Realty Go Property (GRGP LLC) is registered as a Colorado Small Business; Veteran Owned and Woman Owned. Offices are centrally located within: Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Fountain (Security-Widefield), and Pueblo, Colorado.

Mission Statement:
GRGP’s mission is to identify probable opportunistic real-estate for long-term (buy-hold) investments (for profit), develop creative strategies (think outside the box) for adding win/win value, and effectively present and execute those strategies providing value to distressed real-estate, solutions to hardships, and time constrained real estate asset holding clients. GRGP is a long-term real estate investor and executes as such for GRGP investments, for joint ventures (invest with others), as well as providing win/win options (free/no obligation offers) to clients.

GRGP seeks out local real estate opportunities by investing in:

  • Real Estate
  • Distressed Assets (Hardship, Short-sale, Upside-down)
  • Non-performing Loans (Bank Owned and Foreclosure)

GRGP employs dual strategy real estate portfolios:

  1. Maintaining existing stabilized cash flowing assets to support consistent and stable returns.
  2. Acquiring opportunistic assets that can be re-positioned, redeveloped or re-marketed to create value enhancement and capital appreciation.
